OVAL 316 APPOINTS NAUTICAL STRUCTURES AS UNITED STATES DISTRIBUTOR

On 27th October 2005 at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show, Oval 316, part of the Oval Group of Companies, will formally announce the appointment of Nautical Structures, of Largo, Florida as their exclusive distributors for the USA and Canada.

Founded in 1986, Nautical Structures are one of the World’s foremost manufacturers of passerelles and deck cranes for the superyacht industry. Based out of a 38,000 sq ft factory, with a staff of over 60, their mission statement “Excellence in Yachting Accessories” exemplifies the quality and standing of the company.

Oval 316, established in 1984, manufacture a unique range of mirror polished stainless steel tube and castings, used on superyachts in handrails, balustrades and cleats among other things. Their products are widely acknowledged as being of the highest quality.

This exclusive agreement will also see Nautical Structures providing sales and technical assistance to all of Oval 316’s existing customers within their distribution area. Rick Thomas, VP Sales, for Nautical Structures commented “We are confident that this agreement will enable us to considerably widen the market for Oval 316’s tube and castings.”
